The National Suborbital Research Center (NSRC) supports science mission operations and aircraft deployments for Earth science research campaigns conducted by the NASA Airborne Science Program. Directive by the client was to  create a new logo for the program and demonstrate the concept of data-capture from an aircraft, orbit, and create a bold and memorable mark that nodded to previous design elements in the original logo and no longer included an affiliation with the University of North Dakota.
